2. Our platforms

HubbleMind builds and operates its own software platforms, including Skylor (skylor.tech), which HubbleMind wholly owns. Links between hubblemind.com and skylor.tech are internal, and using Skylor is using a first-party HubbleMind service. Skylor subscriptions are also subject to the terms published on skylor.tech.

3. Partner programs

Participation in the Skylor Revenue Share Program, or any other HubbleMind partner program, is governed by the agreement signed with each partner. The program pages on this website summarise the current terms, with a version number and change log; if they differ from a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.

4. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on this website, including the Skylor name and brand, belong to HubbleMind Labs Private Limited. You may not reuse them without our prior written permission.

5. Use of services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any HubbleMind or Skylor system.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HubbleMind is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
