This page is the public record of the current terms. Changes apply only to leads registered afterwards, with 15 days' notice, and never reduce commission already earned. Your signed Skylor Revenue Share Agreement is the binding document.

What you earn on
30% of the plan fee (plan rate × seats), excluding GST, for each month in the customer's first 12 paid months. AI token top-ups, add-ons and one-time purchases are not included. Custom-tier deals are not commissionable unless agreed in writing.
It grows with the account
If the customer adds seats or upgrades from Basic to Premium, your 30% follows the amount actually billed for the rest of the 12-month window. If they subscribe during a promotional campaign, it is 30% of the discounted price until their discount ends.
Annual plans
If the customer pays for a year upfront, your commission on that payment is paid in full on the next statement, limited to the months inside your 12-month window.
Lead registration
Register a business before you demo. We confirm or decline within 2 business days. If two partners register the same business, the first approved registration wins. Protection lasts 90 days from approval, extendable once by 30 days if you are actively working the lead.
Payouts and tax
Everything earned in a calendar month is paid by the 7th of the next month, with a statement in your partner portal. TDS of 2% is deducted under section 194H once your commission in a financial year passes ₹20,000, and deposited against your PAN.
The customer always pays Skylor
Customers subscribe and pay through Skylor’s own checkout. Partners never invoice, collect or hold a customer’s money.
Honest representation
Describe Skylor accurately, sell only what is live, and work through real relationships. No spam, purchased lists or misleading claims.
Non-exclusive, no guarantees
You can work with other products, and the program does not guarantee any minimum leads or income. Either side can end the agreement with notice.
How much can I earn as a Skylor partner?
30% of each client's Skylor subscription, excluding GST, every month for their first 12 paid months. For example, a client on Premium with 8 seats pays about ₹12,000 a month, which earns you about ₹3,000 a month, or about ₹36,600 over the year. Use the calculator at the top of this page for your own numbers.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can walk someone through a product and hold a business conversation, you can do this. The demo workspace and script do the heavy lifting, and we train you on a short onboarding call.
Do I ever handle the customer’s money?
Never. The customer subscribes and pays Skylor directly. You don’t invoice them, collect payment or deal with refunds. Skylor bills, collects, and pays you.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Your commission runs for as long as they stay subscribed, up to 12 months. If they leave, that customer’s commission simply ends. There is nothing for you to refund.
Can I do this alongside my agency or consulting work?
Yes. That is exactly who the program is built for: recurring income on top of the relationships you already have, with no delivery work on your side.
What if the program terms change?
Changes apply only to future leads, with 15 days’ notice, and never reduce commission you have already earned on customers already subscribed. Every change is recorded in the change log on this page.
