This policy explains how HubbleMind Labs Private Limited (“HubbleMind”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use hubblemind.com and our products, including Skylor (skylor.tech).

1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital properties owned by HubbleMind. Skylor is a HubbleMind product, so data moving between hubblemind.com and skylor.tech stays within HubbleMind and is not treated as sharing with a third party.

2. Data we collect

• Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, company details and message when you contact us, apply for a job or sign up for Skylor.
• How you found us, such as the page you came from and campaign tags in the link you clicked, sent with the contact form so we can understand which channels work.
• Partner details: if you join one of our partner programs, the identity and payout details needed to verify you, pay commission and meet Indian tax law, such as your PAN, business registration or GST number, and bank or UPI details.
• Usage data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider's server logs and, where used, analytics tools.

3. How we use it

• To operate, maintain and improve our websites and products
• To respond to enquiries and job applications
• To run our partner programs, including tracking referrals and paying commission
• To send service and administrative messages to Skylor users
• To understand usage and improve performance

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services, such as website and email hosting and, where we use it, Google Workspace, under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires us to, for example tax deducted at source reported against a partner's PAN.

5. Security

Contact form enquiries are stored in our own database on our web host, outside the public website, and can be opened only by HubbleMind through a sign-in protected by two-factor authentication. To limit abuse of the form we run automated spam checks on each submission (such as how the form was filled in and whether the email domain exists) and keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself.

We protect data with measures including encryption and access controls across our websites and products. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our safeguards regularly.
